Following his high-profile transfer from Tottenham to the German powerhouse Bayern Munich in the summer of 2023, Kane has been loving life at the club. The England captain is expected to finish as the Bundesliga’s top scorer this season, having done so at the end of the 2023–24 campaign. According to reports, Kane may make a comeback to the Premier League this summer, but the former Tottenham player has played down the likelihood of that occurring.

When questioned about a possible return to England soon in an interview with ESPN, Kane said, “I’m not sure.” Throughout my career, I have stated that I dislike making long-term plans. This place makes me very happy. Even though I feel like I’m in the best possible shape, I want to play at the highest level, and this is as high as it gets. I think we have an amazing team and coaching staff.

“I am aware that a lot can happen in football in a short period of time, but my main focus is on this. There are no other leagues or teams on my mind. Additionally, with football, I like to just go with the flow and at the moment, the flow is here at Bayern Munich.”

Kane also stated that he has been able to push himself more because of the additional pressure that comes with playing for a team like Bayern Munich. Additionally, he reflected on his Tottenham days when adding: “I think when you’re just playing in the biggest games every season, year after year, I think that puts you on that stage. I had moments at Spurs where we had that … we had some really great years where we were challenging for titles, and were in the final of the Champions League. So, I had those moments at Spurs, but not on a consistent basis. It wasn’t year after year.
